Speed screws

스피드 스크류는 리벳과 스크류의 장점을 결합하여 설계된 제품으로 수지와 같은 부드러운 소재에 사용하기 적합합니다.

스크류를 체결하는동안 육각형의 맨드릴이 헤드에 육각형의 탭을 만들고 접시모양의 헤드가 돔 형태로 변형됩니다.

스피드 스크류는 육각형의 탭을 이용한 재사용이 가능하며 작업속도를 개선해 줍니다.

Speed screws

Speed screw combines benefit of speed rivets and screws.

A hexagonal mandrel makes hexagonal key on the screw head and flat-shaped screw head changed to dome type during installation.

Speed screw can be reused with hexagonal key and makes work fast.

스피드 스크류 체결과정 (Fastening process of speed screws)

스피드 스크류의 헤드는 접시모양으로 생겼으나 스크류 체결과정에서 스크류 내부의 원형 홀은 육각의 맨드릴에 의해 육각의 탭이 생기며 툴에 의해스크류의 헤드는 돔 형태로 변형됩니다.

The head of speed screws looks like in the shape of a plate, but in the process of fastening screws, a hexagonal tab is created in the circular hole inside the screw by the hexagonal mandrel and the head of a screw will be transformed into a dome shape.
